The company says their flights are military time but fails to point that out on the email confirmation. There is no indication of the right time only a number and there is no way to know if it is am or pm.

Other companies send you notifications to checkin and flight reminders this company does not do any of that. Once at the airport they charge $200 per passenger even after pointing out the less than adequate email.

The only emails ever sent by the company are the invoices and additional emails to upgrade your seat. This company has no customer service at all.
